Late last summer, we hosted a group looking for a unique day on the water- combining fishing with shark tooth hunting in a remote area only accessible by boat. The result quickly became a very popular trip, especially for families with children. These excursions typically begin with 2-3 hours of fishing for sharks, whiting, drum, and whatever else is biting. We then switch gears and spend 1-2 hours exploring secluded beaches in search of shark teeth. Offered as four or six-hour trips, this experience is ideal for families wanting to enjoy the very best of Coastal Georgia in a single, unforgettable day.
